Mama Do’s Kitchen is a family owned and operated restaurant. Minha Do, also known as the Mama Do, grew up in the Central part of Vietnam, where her love for cooking started. Inspired by her own Mom, Mama Do began learning the family’s secret recipes as a young child.
Mama Do wanted to create an authentic Vietnamese restaurant for the community. “This is a very kind community, I wanted to create a place where people could get together and enjoy good food in a family-friendly environment,” says Mama Do. Mama Do’s Kitchen wants to make people feel like they’re at home. With great ambiance, caring customer service, and a warm atmosphere, Mama Do serves up a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes such as Pho (Beef or Chicken Noodle Soup) and Bo Luc Lac (Shaken Beef), two of the most popular dishes at Mama Do’s.
“If anyone were to come to my home, the first thing I want to do is feed them well and make sure they feel comfortable. Here, at Mama Do’s Kitchen, I want to do the same.” - Mama Do.
